Woke up a lil while ago, my body is aching im not tired no more but im damn sure sore. today was a good day…. i went to the gym pretty early guess im really not playin this time around. anyways its about 1 something in the am, im just kickin it wit my homegurl that i met in Miami that lives in Canada lol

Back in the gym
The break was long enough 8 months without stepping in there. So first day back I spent a hour and half… worked on my legs and upper body. Trying to get back in shape I have a photo shoot in a month so hopefully I get my weight up n my eating habits together.
